By accessing our website or placing wholesale orders, you agree to use our products for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Payment & Billing
Payment terms are net 15 unless otherwise specified in a partner agreement. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MochiConcept is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use of our products, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our products.
