Our Commitment
MochiConcept is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. MochiConcept is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features:
- Skip to main content link for keyboard and screen reader users
- Semantic HTML structure with proper ARIA labels
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Clear focus indicators for keyboard users
- Alternative text for all images
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (WCAG AA minimum 4.5:1)
- Form labels properly associated with input fields
- Screen reader announcements for dynamic content
- Reduced motion support for users with motion sensitivity
Known Issues and Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. We are aware of the following areas and are actively working to improve them:
- Some video content may not have captions (we are working to add captions to all videos)
- Some third-party integrations may have accessibility limitations
- Ongoing improvements to color contrast in certain areas
