Order Adjustments
Wholesale orders can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before scheduled shipment. After freight pickup, we are unable to guarantee changes.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your delivery upon receipt. Report damaged or missing items within 3 business days by emailing hello@mochimunch.com with your order number and photos. We will ship replacements or issue a credit.
Non-Returnable Goods
Because our mixes are perishable once opened, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened cases in resalable condition may be eligible for return shipping at the customer’s expense.
